1st water setup need advice
Ok I think I'm either going to get the Swifttech 462 or the DD maze2. Which one performs better? For radiators? I'll wait until the review results are out. Not something too expensive. Pump, maybe a Mag, maxijet. Is a reservoir necessary? And if I go with 1/2" tube do the radiators have that kind of connections? Anything else I'm forgeting?

MAze 2 wins hands down from what I've read. Though I should say I've never used either, but I've never seen the Swifttech recommended either.
You can get radiators with 1/2 inch and beyond, thats what my new system will be using. Check your local auto parts store, mine had heater core (2 inches thick!) with 5/8 fittings for $26. Only problem is that they tend to be Al instead of Cu. Ohterwise you could get A Big Mama but that will cost you $50 for all Cu and I think 1/2 inch pipes. |

What are the pro/cons of having a reservoir? I'd reather not have one, but then how do you fill the lines and get the water out, etc.
