Default Need advice, plexi case

Hi guys and gals
I've been drawing a bit for my upcomming plexi case which I'll build in the next couple of weeks. Please give me your sugestions regarding placement of the parts. I want to build this case as small as possible but still functional for best cooling. I also wonder what thickness should I use, material will be Polycarbonat or Copolyester. I have to harddrives that are wattercooled "sandwich" and still haven't decied where to place those.

There will be only one 120mm fan that blow the air to the case, the other oppenings will be covered with this
The fans on the BIX III will be blowing out, and there will be one more 120mm intake on the motherboard side.
BTW. watercooling NB,CPU,GFX,HDD & PSU.
