Default Custom WB w/ intergrated Pelt area, possible/feasable?

Hi,

I want to upgrade my standard WC with Pelts. Now, if I have acces to copper and a CNC then is the following WB design possible and feasable?

Explanation:

On the left you see the upper view. Notice that a saving has been made the size of the TEC. The two lines symbolize the wires of the TEC.

On the right you see the front view. The bottom picture has a saving of lets say 5mm and the upper part of the block has a heightening of lets say 1,8mm. When the blocks are placed together a small opening inside the blocks would be created, exactely the size of the Pelt. Note that the pic doesn't give the ratios that precise. The waterblock would be intetgrated with the top block.

Is the internal design of the waterblock than of such importance?
