Default One more TEC question

Say I have a 169 watt peltier, with a VMax of 16.4 volts, and an IMax of 16.1 volts, and im powering it with a power supply running 15V@10A. I figured that would be able to dissipate around 130 watts of heat through it. Do you think that that would be enough to use on a P4 without frying it?

generally for a modern cpu(unless its a p4 1.6a basically) you want 172 watt or larger.
