I've sat back, refraining from comment because I wanted to see how this hashed out. All I have to do is laugh. If you want something secret, you either force a contract upon someone before they know about it, or you don't tell anyone. Also, you're acting like this is a revolution in modern cooling techniques... If it is, and you're already ahead of the game, why worry about it. Who's gonna be able to produce it/enough of it to compete with ya? You're blowing this outa proportion. I hope you sue him, cuz I'll give you a 99% gaurentee that he'll win, and then countersue your ass...

Why do i get a feeling that this is just another april fools?
I mean, look at the picture, it just looks like one of those foam boxes where you put frozen fish in to keep it cold. Even the logo is obviously done on photoshop or some other software, and it's rather a bad job if you ask me... |

UPDATE ON THE SITUATION
Lawers have called Una, and apparently he is under suit for "verbal breach of contract." There is a hearing coming up, but I'm not sure if it will go through. Willie is continuing production of these. I get my test unit tomorrow. -Kev

I read this thread right after i JUST woke up, and i was REALLY confused. It felt like a mix between the [h]ard forum and something dealing with Chip from ocwc.
