Default My WC Project Phase II *Pics*

Well those of you who took an interest in this project will remember this thread

http://forums.procooling.com/vbb/sho...&threadid=7678

I have since acquired the 1957 Chevy Radiator and a rackmount cooling fan to go along with it.

I need some advice for phase 2 of this project.

First. How large of a pump could I use with this radiator considering the paralell channels in the radiator and it's huge size?

Second. I am in need of a good material that wont break the bank for a duct/shroud for the fan I have.

I have finished the plumbing of the radiator and I am in the process as we speak of making copper covers for the factory hose connections. (using flattened out 5/8 " copper tubing)

Pictures of the radiatoe are at.
