I "think" that's about the same sort of power as the Vapochill units. Draws 350Wish. That sounds about right.
I don't know if this would be enough for a water chiller, but at that price, you could run two of them. 8-ball

No God, just chiming in
I looked at that unit, but couldn't quite figure out if it was under or over powered for our application: the motor is rated at 1/12 HP, and over 300 Watts. It otherwise looks perfect for a chiller tank. Glad to see that some of my links are paying off |
