Well, TWP not only wants $8 for a 3" x 3" sample, they also want $5 for shipping! So I'm going to go take a look at the coffee filters.

I think that that excludes samples.

www.logiccooling.com has nForce2 MOSFET waterblocks. It's NeoMoses's site.

I PMed Cathar about what filter he used for the cascade a few days ago and he is using the standard ehiem pump filter. I'm not sure where you could get one besides buying a ehiem pump. and I'm not sure if it would suit your needs for your CPU Backside cooler.

Thanks Gulp35.

As I remember, the Eheim uses some kind of sponge, mounted under the grey cover plate, when it's run submerged. Is that the filter you mean?

It won't do for the backside cooler, but it should be fine for "Cascade".

Don't use TWP for something like this, I just worked on a job where some mesh was needed and I used

http://www.bwire.com/

They were real helpful in sending me a bunch of samples and they shipped immediately once I placed my order. Just a suggestion guys, this will be much better quality than the coffee filter route.

I read the response a few days ago and "SPAM" was the first thing come to mind however the link goes were it says and the info isn't all that wrong. So either the spammers are actually giving useful advice in their spamming or it was a real post.

Either way I let it stand.
