Default dimensions of AMD board holes?

i want to know the dimensions in milimeters for this holes (in red):

btw: this is for a epox ep-8kha+

Or for those of us who don't want to slog thru the crap, Thermaltake lists 2 posible diameter holes. 4.2mm or 6mm.
Should be easy to tell apart.
