Default Should I upgrade my pump?

My WC loop consists of a t-line, swifty 6002 (1/2") cpu block, '77 Bonneville Heatercore (dual 120mm fans, 1/2"), and an mcw50 (1/2") gpu block. I'm running a Eheim 1250 for the pump, but its big, bulky, and doesn't fit inside my case.

However, my radiator isn't inside either, so its not that big of a deal to mount it outside. I'm trying to decide whether I should go for a smaller DC pump that would fit inside the case.

To be worth it, it would need to have the following:
-low heat into the system
-enough pressure to get through a cpu, gpu and '77 bonne heatercore
-DC, and not draw too much power (I have an OCZ GameXstream 600W powering everything)
-quiet
-smaller than the eheim 1250

I'm trying to decide if the Aquaxtreme 50z-dc12 is worth the extra $$ over my eheim 1250 that I currently have.

Will temps be affected?

Also, Is http://www.cooltechnica.com/Merchant...ategory_Code=P the only place to find these in stock? None on ebay or froogle, so I guess $75 is the cheapest.

I've also seen the mcp655 (d5) recommended, but I've seen that it puts out more heat.

Thanks for the suggestions

what's wrong with the normal laing pump? you could get the MCP350 and do a mod to the top.

Well, right now, I've got a pretty big case, but not big enough to fit the eheim in there (its huge). Plus, I'll be selling my eheim, so I will recover a little bit of the cost.

Anyways, I'm trying to decide between the D5 (mcp655) and the Aquaxtreme 50z, right now.

No need to tell me how big it is, have one installed in my machine.
It fits in the space of 3 hard drives or in my case, 4. I have it wrapped in heavy closed cell foam to muffle sound and vibration.
The case is a Lian Li PC75B. Notice that in this case are 5 HDs, 1 DVDRW, 1 Eheim 1250, 1 reservoir, 2 BIX2s, 3 WBs, and a full system.

New pumps not a bad option, but there are other possiblities

MCP655 offers up to 1°c for mega-watt cooling loops, typically less than 1/2 a degree for simple loops as above. MCP350 is smaller, quieter.
Eheim is quieter again, but bigger. Performance typically in between the two 12v pumps.

Size vs performance vs noise. Pick your poison.

the plexitop DDC pump 12V Pro beats mcp350 mod and worth the extra $10-15. It well perform aswell as or better than 50-z or mcp655 but quieter and smaller.

Its a sealed plexi top so requires no modding, looks cleaner, has antivibe mounts, and can have a barb ontop.

is this verified? as D5 @ #5? Im in th emarket for either the D5 or the DDC+...so A response would greatlt help me out.
What about the newer D5-vario. I dont find much info/discussion on it here nor anywhere.
It has a lot more Wattage and I am wondering if its worth the 4kPa increase in head vs. the added heat-dump.

Have you guys ever compared the 50z to the D5? The 50z is about 1cm bigger than the D5 (not much), 3x less heat output, 3.2m head (vs. 3.1m for the D5), but less max flow (max flow ain't that big o deal compared to head). They are both around the same price too.
