Can't Post in Snap Server Forum

I have a Snap Server question but when I try to create a New Topic it says:

"You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I can post here, but this is the wrong place for my Snap question obviously. Anyone have an answer?

I know there's a 7 day waiting period for new accounts, but now it's been 11 days and I could really use an answer to my SnapServer question. No mods checking this thread that can enlighten me? This is the place to go for those still trying to manage ancient Snaps!

Nope. Came here looking to find out why I can't post. Same situation, looks like I get to wait a week. Too bad my data recovery can't :-(
