Just want to say mate, you have done a good job, I give you all credit for the time, I would watercool GFX card tho aswell. Also for your main rig, put a bigger raditor on(keeping old), so you have 2:)..

Yes, I bought another larger radiator and I have a GPU block as well on the way. Thanks.
I have the system up to full capacity now. It cools 6 PCs. One has a Northbridge cooler as well. My plans for adding a secondary water chiller are on hold till I get my honey do list finished. I have a 1.3 hp chiller that will mount in a remote area (keep heat away) that will bring temps down by at least 10 deg C if my calcs are anywhere near correct. Plumbing outside air in for the radiators is also part of the plan.
It's a work in progress!

Wow!

I'm in bellevue, btw, so the scenery looks familiar to me as well. Love the project! Could you get those fittings from McMaster Carr? Also, more pics!

I don't believe so, but I haven't tried them in quite some time. Here is the link for the supplier I use:
Omega Industries

Howdy, neighbor!

THANKS UB!!!

Very nicely thought out system!

I've got a bunch of 1U rack-mounted cases I'm trying to watercool. Trying to find quick-connect fittings with shut-offs was driving me CrAzY. These units look very promising.

Now I just have to figure a plan for water distribution...
