Since flow isn't a problem, have you thought of using 90 degree elbows and attatching them to the case panels? This should do away with the problem of the hose pulling the heatsink off of your motherboard upon startup. What about compression fittings? Granted it is difficult to find large compression fittings, they would be your best bet. Parallel flow through the system should ease the stress on the individual fittings. Hmmm... what else. Perhaps if you create enough pressure with the inlet to the CPU block, you'll be able to cut a hole through the copper. That would be very entertaining. I can see the post now "Help! Water blasting out of the right panel of my case!"

Edit - Nevermind this :)

I am testing some new site design stuff, and posted on the production forum by accident.

at uni we had to make a pump to do 10m of head. Some of the best were reaching over 70lpm (100mm impeller with 200w + motor). The exits of those could only have been 3/4inch and we used normal clamps and stuff. Either way nothing should explode or go crazy. The amount of restriction in any computer watercooling loop will definitly kill the flow of even a mighty pump like this.
