Hey, if we're connecting things to the water mains, then why not just do an open loop?

I guess that a cheaper occasional boost would be just ice in a res.

One method I've seen advocated would probably work a lot better, Mr. Tinker. That is using a heat transfer from a primary loop (cooling computer bits) with a sealed circulator attached to the house mains. Basically, use the house's water pipes as a giant radiator that is occasionally cooled by more incoming fresh and cool water as the house uses the water inside. There are commercial recirculators that use this principle to keep hot water from the hot water heater always available at the remote taps.

Dont want to waste water. :)
The mist maker uses less than 1 L/hour.

Its supposed to be an 'always on' system.
May even have to switch the the mist maker & fans on for a while before starting the computer if it wont boot at ambiant air/water temps.
:)

Don't get me wrong, Dunno: I love this mod. I was second guessing my "occasional boost" idea. And I don't want to waste water either.
