The Apogee is'nt available in Europe yet and I don't know if I should wait for it.

Dual pass parallel is hard but not impossible to model analytically (use fouriers heat transfer equation and 12 pages of maths to get an answer) but surfice to say its good enough, two fans would as always be better than one. If have zero experiance with these things but as a genral rule the storm is a good block so get that.

Storms very well balanced, and i would expect that its beter than the apogee.
