I think that Una is actually doing HWLabs a favour in creating hype and arousing interest about a new product. After all, the product *has* been announced in tnt2bluz' frontpage, and information on the recent developments regarding thermally conductive carbon material are publically available.

Of course, like with OCWC or OCH it amounts to nothing if either the product does not perform or the customer service is crap. So let's just hope for both hwlabs and everyone in this fine ol' community that the xicebox lives up to expectation. :D

I would save that money you are going to use to sue UnaClocker and put it towards a good lawyer yourself, Microsoft had to fight hard to use the word XBox, like with any internationally known phrase or icon, I would be more worried about them suing HWLabs instead. :rolleyes: But thats just me.
