Keep in mind that if it is slightly off in measurements, it will not cool well as the contact will be poor.

Well, it's not off. I found out the measurements down to the .0001. Everything is CNC machined. Also the final product will be polished better, cus I'm asking for them to do it this time... for the prototypes I sanded them myself. :P

most ppl use low wattage pelts. Why not put a 156w pelt on it? I got the cool water, pump and money fer it. I will be using this for my gf3 ti200. what do u guys think?

You can use as great a wattage as you want, I used an 85w because that's what I had that would fit under my waterblock.

You say you have the measurments to .0001? Could i have the thickness change measurement (the height diff between the cpu and ram) for a ti4600? I'm thinkin of making one big waterblock to cool the cpu and ram together. I'm not using the measurments to make my own coldplate.

For the cold plate couldnt you have one side stand out and have bolts that hold the plates together? Just an Idea. As for me I got an ATI 8500, and probably wont pelt cool it anytime soon. Maybe if I get a new card this next year. Hopefully I can get a cold plate for one of the next cards.

My .02 dollars.
