Just remove the single screw from the back. With the leds down slide the top half back about 1/2" the lift off.

Snap 2000 - Upgrade to BIOS Version 1.2.180
 

I am needing the software to get to BIOS 1.2.180 so I can upgrade to version 3.x or 4.x. Please help.

1. Blow settings back to factory defaults.
2. Upgrade the Bios to 1.2.180. This requires a file which I do not possess.
3. Upgrade the OS from Version 1 to Version 2. This requires a file which I do not possess.
4. Upgrade the OS from Version 2 to Version 3.4.803. This requires file, again, which I do not possess.
5. "Power down and install new drives as M/S then setback and watch it work."

Sorry, we can not provide any software that is copyrighted protected. You will need to contact Avertec/Overland for the files.
