Thats just the snail cover for the compressor side. The turbo is a .60/.63 Garrett T3, which through some math, matches up perfectly with the flow characteristics of my engine at the low boost levels I'll be running...

When money starts raining from the heavens and I can afford to put the damn thing in!

Give me back my Ford T3!!!! :)

Now you done it! I thought that I'll have this car for driving pleasure and not to consume (great) amounts of money on modding it, and now this:D :D

Can you give me some more info or links for that mod? I'll google for it, but it would be much easier to have some links?

Please?

PLEASE?!

It is a blast Joe.
If you ever make it out to California, let me know I would be more than happy to give you some seat time.

mfpmax 08-08-2003 11:19 PM

You need a 4 cylinder motorcycle engine on there...

As if it wasn't fast enough already :)

Shifters own small course AutoX events.

ok, for a cylinder head, you need to buy a normal 16v cylinderhead from a vw dealer, then take it to some one that can forge it for you, in malta we have a person who can do that, you can give him your cylinder head and then pick it up a week later forged :)

then for a turbo, there are a lot of turbos on the market, you can just visit www.overboost.com and pick a turbo from their.
then of course you would need to change the chip, you can put a superchip, here is a link http://www.geocities.com/zoqditeam/chips.html or maybe a dta http://www.geocities.com/zoqditeam/dta.html or a perfect program to program your chip, here the link http://http://www.perfectpower.com/products/smt6.asp

hope they are enough :D

welcome man, i would like to get that Perfect Power piggy back smt6 system. i think it is a very good way to modify your injection timings ... without changing your chip, and the best thing is that you can update the modifications while you are driving with that system if you would have a laptop with you!!!

i need to see its price from malta now and i think that it what will be holding me from buying it :(
