Why the sudden change of heart?

now there is a 180 in opinion, I too would like to know what lead to this opinion change?

looks like the squeaky wheel got the grease, obviously he was given an mcp350 ('another mcp350 pump')

"another pump mcp350" Sounds like he's talking about getting a second pump for a project.

But yeah, we're all curious. Why the change?

So Swiftech originally refused to give him a 20 dollar head but later gives him an $80 dollar pump instead?

nothing stated about giving him a pump...
just the considering of getting a another pump...

anyone have a dead pump..? I'll buy it for a dollar..

part of the deal that DJMix had might have been that he had to clear any bad posts and not disclose any details of the warranty agreement they made... :shrug:

Everything has been work out, And I don't need to let the entire forum know what it was.

If Swiftech or BillA want to mention the specifics they can, I choose not 2 ..

Interesting, you seem to have needed to let the forum (and others) know that you thought Swiftech screwed you but yet they resolve it and now no one needs to know....
