Perhaps you can knock off your do-gooder wanabe BS off and quite trying to attack me for poitning out the flaws eh? Is aluminum that good to use in the first place anodized or not? If you want to nit pick my every post I am up for it dude. Your only going to do more harm than good.

Is this thing not a total POS? Sorry dude the evidence is pretty overwhelming. Sorry to have be realistic and truthfull and not hide behind a mistical world theory where everyone is perfect.

Just for clarification, that is a stock title of the forum. It was not chosen by me.

hara 05-24-2003 07:19 PM

Ok, so if it was **just** a prototype, why all the hype? Why the BS responses to Kyle? I remember going to their site just after the review and seeing all the crap. They removed the crap shortly afterwords.

winewood 05-24-2003 09:06 PM

dunno...
I just know the Bluecooling guy said it was a prototype, and Kyle acknowledged that it was as well later in email. I guess they were going to open up shop selling that thing?? Maybe the site was a rough draft...? I guess the moral of the story is who cares. :D Jaydee... if you didn't like the aluminum just say so.. LOL

I don't know, can't read Japanees. Would be nice if they said who made it at least.

Cyco-Dude 05-27-2003 11:33 PM

i think it is senfu; i remember seeing a review of it around somewhere (maybe ipkonfig lol).

Well it's definitely the Senfu block and tubing. The radiator, pump and reservoir look a little different, but then again I could just be getting confused with the plethora of colored thin-plastic looking things flooding the water-cooling market.

Yeah that is the Senfu kit – I hear the double fan radiator is a good performer anyone know for sure?

pHaestus 05-27-2003 11:35 PM

Pretty sure this is it:

Agreed, but my point was the marketing, being that is the title of this thread and all.

If you've been searching for the ultimate gift for the overclocker in your life, this could be it! This CPU Water Cooling Kit comes with a cooling block that attaches to Socket 370, Socket A, and Socket 478 processors, so that hardware freak can use it with whatever motherboard (s)he is overclocking at the moment!. This kit comes complete with mounting hardware for the cooling block, quality silicone hoses with coil spring inserts (to prevent kinking and collapse of the hoses,) and even extra gaskets! Hurry before these are all snapped up!
I am suprised at the price even so.

winewood 05-28-2003 10:47 PM

I like the reservoir thermostat thing. Why didn't I think of that... off to pet store to buy a sticker one.

What's so ridiculas about this?, they're not stating it's the ultimate performance are they?. They are'nt even saying it IS the ultimate gift, just that it might be...

Are you serious? The ultimate gift for an overclocker is a VapoChill or similar, not a $79 kit that performs aswell as a good $40 Heat Sink and Fan.

MadDogMe 05-31-2003 02:28 AM

Well they did say

8-Ball 06-05-2003 06:07 PM

The becooling block actually performs quite well, though it isn't the best block on the market.
