a loose cannon again ?

not really, but I no longer have a Swiftech affiliation
moving back to Shoreacres (since it was not submerged),
later

as Gabe felt (?) it not in his interest to make any public announcement,
I thought to do so in my interest

jaydee 09-25-2005 12:03 PM

No longer work for Swiftech in other words?

dacooltech 09-25-2005 12:09 PM

good luck Bill

mad mikee 09-25-2005 12:40 PM

Their loss...

I hope you got lucky and had a better job lined up - good luck!

Long Haired Git 09-25-2005 08:16 PM

Explains your reappearance in the forums, which I think is a good thing.
Best o luck.

Or the other way around maybe?

Swiftechs loss.

nikhsub1 09-26-2005 12:55 AM

Good to have you back in the real world Bill!

maxSaleen 09-26-2005 10:37 AM

Hopefully, good for you. Bad for swiftech? You were with them since the beginning, right? That new acrylic res they are selling made me think "Is Bill Adams still working for Swiftech? Surely he wouldn't allow that."

TNT2bluz 09-26-2005 12:27 PM

Godspeed and all the best in your endeavors, Bill.

talcum 09-26-2005 01:25 PM

Their loss, our opportunity

So when can we expect the first of the NEW BillA waterblock reviews? The ones that will again be the standard for the industry to follow.

Best wishes, Bill. The work you did for Swiftech is well appreciated.

bigben2k 09-26-2005 05:54 PM

Welcome back, Bill (yeah, I mean it! ;) you're back on my list of people with whom to go share a beer (or wine). ;) ).

Are you planning on doing any more testing?

superart 09-26-2005 08:59 PM

hehe, I wonder if BillA is a mean drunk.....

Spot 09-26-2005 09:10 PM

Did that happen like a couple of weeks ago?

Cathar 09-26-2005 09:37 PM

Woohoo. He's been decoupled from the system. He's a free agent. Wait a minute. Didn't that turn out to be worse in "The Matrix"? Bill's now going to remodel the world in his image.

[Am extremely sick with the flu and the above may be just delusional ravings brought about by a perverse sense of geek humor]

Etacovda 09-27-2005 02:26 AM

no its not, hes got it in for you bill ;)

best of luck with whatever you're doing now.

Blackeagle 09-27-2005 09:09 AM

Bill hope all is well with you & yours.

Also hope to see more fine articles from you.

pHaestus 09-27-2005 09:14 AM

So are you buying up new testing gear now Bill? I'll have to keep an eye on your ebay "handle"

Jag 09-27-2005 01:48 PM

@Bill,

Establish your own watercooling company. Send all the rest to hell.

Marci 09-27-2005 03:37 PM

Well, hope whatever your future holds provides whatever you're hoping it does... good luck with whatever you end up doin' next d00d!

superart 09-27-2005 03:43 PM

hehe, a world created in BillA's image would be an interesting place, to say the least.

I'm thinking Starship Troopers meets iRobot, but closer to Starship Troopers.

Marci 09-27-2005 03:50 PM

Heh... I was figurin' more Cube Zero... one big mathematical science experiment...

superart 09-27-2005 05:13 PM

lol, yea.

And if you get the answer wrong or forget to read the manual, they douse you in sulfuric acid.

BRiT 10-02-2005 12:51 PM

Damn, I should read the random nonsense more often...

Best of luck on your new endeavors!
