T-Line Vs Reservoir

How many of you use T-line in your WCing setup? what are merits/demerits of it? Or it solely depends on your CPU/radiator/pump?

many thanks :)

I tried it once, and I absolutely hated it. it was a pain in the ass to fill and bleed. I MADE a way to hold a reservior (had one before the T line, but removed due to space constraints)

I far prefer T lines. I think most peoples' problem is they put the T at the top of the setup. It's true you have to fill from the top of the setup, but it's far easier putting the T at the bottom and putting a line to the top. That way to empty it all you have to do is move the line out of the T so it's at the bottom of the setup and syphen it out.

when you say "bleed", what exactly that means?

*sorry, i'm a WCing noob* :(

why not build a nice external res, like the tank-o-matic? (aesthetics+++)

the t-line is obviously a space saver, but a res or air trap will bleed faster.

bleed=get the air out of the loop

T for me

i never have understood why t-lines are soo much trouble for people. honestly if making a t-line is difficult they should probably avoid watercooling. resevoirs are not necessary and only slow down the flow of water if anything (likely not noticible in temps though). as far as bleeding quickly, why in the world would you rush a wc setup together. unless you are using an insanely high flow pump i doubt you will have any trouble getting the air out unless you have the t-line installed badly. i think poor planning causes most peoples problems with t-lines. dont waste money and add risk with a res.

T-line recommendation here
I second what infinity said
