Thermochill 120.2 or 120.3 for P4EE?
Hi there
Due to the arrangement I am setting up, a heater core won't really do for this situation so I'm considering either a 120.2 or 120.3 Thermochill (or I guess the BI equivalent of the 2) to cool a P4EE. I want top notch performance for oc'ing, but obviously due to space, don't want to get more than needed. One loop to cool the cpu, 1/2" using the MCP650 pump and the 6002A block. Opinions? will the 3 make a reasonable improvement of the 2 fan rad such that I should make the space available for it? Thank you! |
heatercore
there are at least two with the width you are concerned about it is up to you to find it. save $60 |
Advantage to the .3 is you can get away with quieter fans. Advantage to the .2 is it's cheaper and probably easier to fit.
If you have the space and $$ for the bigger one then why not? |

how is the BIX2 compering to the .2 , .3 ? :)

should be in the same ballpark as the 120.2 I would think

the only place i know thats selling the thermochills in US is dangerden. and the .3 is only ~$20 more then the .2. so i guess if you have the space and the $20 to spare then that would be the better choice.

Thank you all :)
