looking for mean well at 24v 12amps or something like it

Will I have a 172 watt tec for a 9800XT vid card running off my 12v Enermax power supply and its not cold enough for me! I would like to know the best place to get a power supply for this that will take full advantage of the tec.
Its a:
Imax = 11.3 Amps

Qmax = 172 Watts

Vmax = 24.6 Volts

Delta Tmax = 69 (C)

Size = 40mm X 40mm X 3.2mm

I think the mean well at 24v 12amps is what I should be looking for?? Your responces on this are appreciated!
PS Nice forum here! I found this looking for the power supply. Glad I did.
I have a swiftec water pump 320 gph with a blackice II dual 120 mm fans that only cools the swiftec MCW50-t waterblock modded to a 172 tec and the chipset. The cpu is cooled with phase change cooling.

Thanks all ;)

That supply would work.

But you'll be using four time the power for the pelt, and it'll be generating four time the heat, for only ~30% more cooling power. Odds are the extra heat load will warm up your water to the extent that there's no gain.

Check your water temperature, is it more than 5 degrees over ambient? A second rad or an upgraded one is a better bet.
