Someone to make a block? (UK)
 

I designed a block on paper, got a machinist to put it into CAD and then he was going to make it. Its taken him 2 months with the design.. and Ive given up...
He doesnt want to give me the design, what he could be bothered to do... so it still needs converting to cad etc..

He had cnc and I was going to get 4 made, including materials for around £35 each

Anyone in the uk able to make one/some for me. Only want one.. the other 3 were because it was cheaper like that.

Id like it made by cnc or manual milling if possible. Will also need to be lapped etc..
the top is two layers or polycarb so that a center inlet can be used, and the two outlets aere joined together in the top.

Whats the design like exatly? difficult to machine? i cant do CNC (yet) but im happy to make simple designs for people, hell if its a one off i would do a complex design if you wanna pay! :)

Hmm well I think he might have seen this thread, anyway hes shown me an updated version, and its just about perfect.

The design is basicly a white water (I expect it to perform worse though - becuase its designed not to be restrictive) with a single in single out top - with the outlets joined in the top. That way I get the perfomrnace gain of center inlet, almost no flow reduction and much less tubing mess.
