Help with peltier question
I have a custom-made reservoir that I made out of 5x5-aluminum block w/ a clear lexan cover on top and aluminum bottom. I do not want to get into peltier cooling on the chip as of yet but was wondering if it’s possible to actively cool the reservoir since its aluminum and conducts heat semi well. My system is going to be installed all externally in a self contained aluminum box that I making so condensation isn’t a big factor. I will have the pump (310gph shurflo DC great pump btw and very freaking quite) w/ some undecided dual 120mm radiator w/ 4 120mm fan in push/pull config. My system will have 3 blocks in it all with 1/2 tubing so im going to get good flow rates. Since Im going with the larger radiator will there be enough cooling to water cool a peltier or is that needed. I was thinking that if I use an old HS on the peltier and just fan cool the hot side with the cold side attached to the side of the reservoir, will that lower my water temps any? Any ideas?

IMO a fruitless effort, it has been tried time and time again. Not worth it in the end.
