Know of Any CAD Software for Case Design

I'm looking for some CAD software so I can have a precise layout of my new setup. I know some modders use CADs, just not sure what they use. Anyone here know of any? Free or free trials preferred. :D

I just found a ton of info over at the Bit-Tech forums and a comment from a fellow SPCRer. Just wanted to share. I have a lot of reading to do. lol

Best drawing/design/CAD software to use for custom case design
Cheap/Free CAD software?
Case mod designer software?
What else is there besides CAD / CAM ?
Good 3d software
CAD Software?
CAD for dummies
Good program for making CAD files?
CAD software
3d-modelling

And a comment from CoolGav over at SPCR:
