Custom Shrouds for Heatercores
These shrouds will fit any heatercore that is near 10.5"x5.6" finned area (+-.2")
They are made out of 26 guage zinc plated steel. The fan holes are cut with a holesaw, resulting in a smooth edge, opposed to a jigsaw, which leaves a ragged edge. Also note the use of foam to seal against the irregular shape of the heatercore, allowing for maximum airflow through the heatercore, with no blowby. The fan mounting holes are oversized to 1/4" to allow for more versatile mounting, like if you already have holes in your case. I can make other shapes and sizes. I can also paint any color, for $5 more. Will come with all mounting hardware, please specify rod length when ordering: Heatercore, one shroud, fans: 6" Fans, one shroud, heatercore, another shroud, fans: 9" Price will be $25 shipped per shroud with all mounting hardware. Foam for the heatercore seal will be applied by me, foam for the fan will be included and have a sticky side, for you to apply at your discretion. Please specify heatercore model when ordering. PayPal preferred, cash/check/money order accepted, open to trades. http://plaza.ufl.edu//elmoret/shroud...%20(Small).JPG http://plaza.ufl.edu//elmoret/shroud...%20(Small).JPG http://plaza.ufl.edu//elmoret/shroud...%20(Small).JPG http://plaza.ufl.edu//elmoret/shroud...%20(Small).JPG http://plaza.ufl.edu/mrsteveb/pcjour...roudmolded.jpg http://plaza.ufl.edu/mrsteveb/pcjournal/DSCF0086.JPG |
