Fortron 530W PSU 12v Rail at 10v?????

Not sure if this is the right place for this, so sorry in advance...

I desperatly need help with my Fortron 530W PSU. The 12V rail is down at 10V!!!! according to the motherboard reporting system anyway, I don't really have a multimeter, but I doubt the the reporting could be that far off. This is causing instability, and I no matter what I unplug from the 12v rail, it does not get any higher. right now all that is plugged into the 12v end is the mobo, NF7-S, an hdd, a DVD drive, GeForce 4 (not directly, through the mobo), and two fans(again throught the mobo).... WHAT IS GOING ON?????

I have had this thing for about a year now... so I think the return time is up and I am going to need it for school next week. Please don't tell me I need to replace it...

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Well, if you're not going to replace it, you really ought to borrow a multimeter to find out what the real deal is.

i just replaced it with a 235 generic PSU and that seems to work well, the bios reports that at around 11.74

that is a little better than the 9.7 I was getting earlier. I was just wondering if anyone here had the same problem
