Do I enough space to allow for unristricted air flow?

Okay so this is the deal, if you notice in the lower pic I will have a 2" gap along one full side of the rad (the orange area) and a gap about half the length of the bottom. Is this enough air so that my fans are not choking to get something through the rad fins? BTW the fans will be on top and I will have modders mesh all the way around the enclosure.

Reckon that you'll be 'right mate, thats unless you've got really (really) powerfull fans.. What ones are you going to be using?

Ah yes brilliant Nugit, maybe if I used mine more I might have thought of that, LOL. Anyways the fans will be 120mm Papst FGL's running at 12v, so yes not very powerful.

Thanks X, but it will all be covered by black mesh so none of it will be visable. Hopefully I will start the build this Christmas (bonus time).

Looks like the perfect application for a blower.

How about put the rads on their sides, so instead of the fans sucking in through the sides and then up to exhaust, it would blow side to side? if you're able to set it up properly, you may be able to even put the iwaki in between them and ditch the 92mm fan and use the rad fans to cool the pump. I'm planning on doing something along those lines with a case I'm building from scratch. Here's a very rough sketch of what I'm planning on doing.

Note, the area in question is about 13" wide, with about a 2" space between the fans and the pump, with both sides being grating. I'm not 100% either on my setup, I'm not too sure about how the pump being in the airflow path is going to affect things, but I think that it should work pretty okay.
