Mag Drive Questions
 

I'm looking to upgrade my pump from a small 150gph no name to a higher flow pump, most likely a MagDrive 250 or 350. When I got to inspect one of these pumps (at a local petsmart) it didn't look like it had a 3/8 ID 5/8 OD tube fitting. Any one know for sure?

Oh and btw, Petsmart charges $59.99 for a Magdrive 250!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRICKIN 26 DOLLARS more! Their shipping is only six bucks too. I tried to get their website price in the store but was passed off. I think I might go back and complain until I get the price.

I just bought the Danner 700 gph for about that same price at Petsmart, including shipping! The intake and output diameters are 1/2 OD, so I had to go the reducing route.

Just tested it out last night and it can really pump... :eek:
Thinking about putting an inline valve in just to slow it down a little.
