What do you think of these fans for my rads?

Will two of these 120's do the trick for my Black Ice Pro dual 120 radiator?

IBL 12/1000 LED

120mm
1000RPM
33.6CFM
19dBA

This rad will be cooling a pair of Opteron 244's (or 246's). Each CPU = 95w)

And will these 80mm fans be ok for my other radiator (Black Ice Micro dual 80)

IBL 80/2000 LED

80mm
2000RPM
25.4CFM
21dBA

This rad/fans will be cooling two 6800GT's (each card = 60w)

What do you lot think? Too weak/not enough airflow or OK?

They should be OK as long as low temps are not the main goal and quiet is. Might be better off getting some faster fans and putting a controller on it to adjust fan speed/noise as you wish.

Great answer JD.

A reobus can give a lot of flexablity.

Lots of flexibility - but I've found that axial fans seem to work best in the range they were designed for. So if you are actually targeting low noise, it might be worthwhile trying the designed-to-spin-slowly fans first. Not as flexible, but a better noise/cooling tradeoff if you're looking for low noise.
I've tried various fans with the BIP rads - they're not restrictive at all and the 120mm fan mentioned will probably be just fine (particularly pulling through the rad) so long as there isn't a lot of resistance moving air through the case. I'd hesitated to answer this one before as I don't know the 80 rads at all. From web pictures they look to be as restrictive as the BIXs and you may have a problem - I dunno..

Hmm you guys are right. I think I got a bit sidetracked while researching on SPCR! :D While keeping the system relatively quiet is one of my goals, so is clocking 1.8/2.0 Opterons to 2.5-2.7 :evilaugh:

I've ordered one of those mCubed T Balancer controller units, so I should look for some fans with a higher airflow rating, as the TBAN will turn them down anyways.

These ones look better;

Tek Chain TC-12CAS-BL

120mm
900-1700RPM
~65CFM at full speed
19-33dBA

Tek Chain TC-8CAS-BL

80mm
1500-3000RPM
~32CFM at full speed
18-30dBA

Sleeve bearing fans, with built-in RPM control knob - this I do not want, as the TBAN will be controlling the fans, but that shouldn't be a problem. Just gotta set the fans to max and take the knob off.
