Im looking for info on how its looking at this stage? What thickness copper ill need, and how deep to drill. I have access to a quality drill press, and will use a dremel for the channels. No access to a mill of any sort.

Is the course i used after i Downloaded autocad 2006

Umm my socket A motherboard doesnt appear to have the usual mounting holes around the processor... what the dump :`(

Now for a water block would i have to rig up a type of clip to be used, like my current heatsink? Or am i SOL

Updated plan, looks better? I have access to a brideport milling machine of somesort or something that my dads friend is willing to teach me and allow me to use... So we'll see how it turns out? Seem too detailed? or not enough...

I used a metal tape that is commonly used to wrap big boxes. It's very resistant and also somewhat flexible. The difficult part is to measure it correctly. Once you get it right just insulate it with tape, as I did, and the block will be securely in place. My block is sitting very nicely as in the picture for more than a month with no problems.
