Which CPU would that be...which motherboard?

AMD 64 and P4
the NB dosent have to be exakt just +-5mm

Which chipset for the NB? Mounting styles and sizes vary radically from chipset to chipset and even within a chipset family.

If you have the motherboard allready, then just take the cooling off and you will see exactly how big the NB is and what type of mounting system there is (usually just two holes), and you can take measurements and stuff really easy.

Your chunk of copper is enough for NB, CPU and GF. Thats quite a large chunk you got, 43cm long, 6cm wide and 1cm thick!
