Does this Thermal Imaging devices make accurate temp readings?

Would like to know if the memory DIMM's were under load or not.
I suspect not. My memory runs cool until I run a memory stress tool of some kind, and then it gets burning hot. Same idle/load thing as for CPU's. |
What would have been interesting would be to know what temperature the CPU was reading at from the diode, and compare that to the behind-the-die temps shown, which were well over 70C.
