Put Together System

Alright about a year ago i got into the whole watercooling scene but hadnt had any money to purchase andything nice since then i have gotten a nice job and with money i feel i should purchase a system. I have read around and have come up with a system i feel is worth my time and effort to assemble

( Watercooling Kit )

Pump - Iwaki WMD30RLT Water Pump - (American Motor) $125.00
Radiator - Black Ice Xtreme III Triple 120mm Radiator $73.99
CPU - Swiftech STORM Universal High Performance block $75.95
GPU - Danger Den Acetal MAZE4 GPU w/Ramsinks $63.95
Chipset - Danger Den MAZE4 Chipset Block $38.50
Fan - FrozenCPU 172x150mm Fan (265 CFM) w/controller $62.00
Reservoir - Danger Den Bay Reservoir High-Density Polyethylene $17.95

( MISC )

Fillport - Danger Den Fillport $11.95
Tubeing - 10' Viynl $12.50
Clamps/Fittings - (x20) 5/8" Snap Clamps $15.80 (x2) 1/2" Y Splitter $3.00

Total $500.59

K i know the price is a bit steep but i mean for a whole system minus shipping and Distilled water i feel it is reasonable for the performance i want to get out of my system

Please let me know if i am making a mistake on some things

Also for an idea of how i'm going to be setting up the system it will go

Pump > CPU > Y Spitter > GPU/Chipset > Y Splitter > Rad > Res

Replace the pump with the WMD20RZ

Here's why: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=68760

get rid of the Y splitters
and the NB cooler

Yup.

Ditch the northbridge/motherboard cooler. If you're running an AMD-64 system with an nForce-4 chipset, you do not need a northbridge cooler. It provides no benefits.

Get the Iwaki 20RZ instead.

If you want a simplier system, ditch the reservoir and use a 5/8" ID T-Line right before the inlet of the pump.

PUMP -> RAD -> CPU -> GPU -> T Line

Do you plan on running just one high CFM on a triple radiator? If not what type of fans do you plan on using?

HotBmxMan 07-24-2005 03:17 PM

Yes i plan on using just the one fan, the pump i will change and would u guys suggest just an upgraded nforce 4 air cooling solution or does a stock mobo cooler work just fine? thanks again

Also can anyone recomend a site where i can purchase the WMD-20RZ pump i am looking all over on google and whatnot but can't find a damn site lol.
