I hope people wont actually BUY those...
If it was solid copper + fins at 1mm thick all the way down, it might actually do something, but it would cost a fortune... and even then just buy another bloody radiator, because it would be cheaper and cool immesurably better...

hell, they could have tapped down the whole thing that would have made a bit of a difference, id imagine, but still wouldnt work 'well'; only if the delta was high enough which would point to your radiator being completely useless...
WTF were they thinking... honestly?!

Can you say bling bling?

It's one of the more spaceage-looking ways to introduce aluminium into your loop, no doubt about it.

Wow. As a con they listed "no documentation" hahaha... Uhh sorry guys but if you think that there are any "Pro"s to using those... then documentation probably wouldnt help cause you are prolly too stupid to read at that point

they just know their target audience ;)

I love how they explain machining defects as ribs to induce turbulace. hehe

Cons:
No documentation included in package
Installation of Xtreme Xchangers requires corrosion agent or inhibitor
Gotta love it.

I have to admin, I love the idea of using special "additions" to watercooling that serve to add the heat back inside the case.

Maybe the corrosion is endothermic and is aiding the cooling effect???

I know who made those.

It was originally intended as a res, but became a simpler bling item somewhere in the process.

Much refining to do before it can be called usefull, IMO.

There is a radiator (not intended for computers) that has a copper tube and alu-fins (1 mm thickness, and 15 mm height)... (have a piece some were)... I think the intended use is for compact water boilers (oil or wood) or something like that...

The only reason he gets a result is due to the fact that he almost haven’t got any radiator...

Original intend use
Coolant/oil cooler on a moto bike, inline cooling.

The billet AL would okay if it was annod but still, $40 is way overpriced.

Gotta love the way he gets a drop in temps though, lol.

I just can't see how what looks like a BMX stunt nut can drop temps by 3°C, unless the hose he replaced with them was kinked or just has some really silly bends in it.

They do like they are about the right size, shape and weight for throwing accross the room into a bin though :)

# CNC Machined Billet Aluminum
# Anodized interior to prevent corrosion (except on the high polished aluminum version)

Still $40

BTW I meant moto-gp not moto cross or stunt.
