Hurricane Rita heading toward our data center.
 

The data center ProCooling is hosted out of is in Houston. With current projections of the Cat. 5 Hurricane heading in that direction, the data center is obviously taking precautions. They have extra stand by generators on hand, enough fuel for 5 days of running with a fuel depot 2 miles down the road to re supply them.

Offsite backups are going to be done from the server (as they are every night), incase anything unforseen does happen.

Saturday morning you may see ProCooling offline for a period if the hosting centers redundant up stream providers fail or go offline.

I want to say thanks to EV1Servers.net for the preperation work that has gone into hardening their facility for this event, and hope we dont see any down time.
