What's the Deal with Vmax
 

Ok the Peltier I looked at DD is 156w and has a Vmax of 16 Volts. So if I just have it connected at 12Volts what wattage is it going to have, and will it be able to cool my 1.33 Monster, waiting to be OC'd. Will be watercooled with Maze2-1 and a Black Ice Radiator.

connect that 156 w. pelt, to a 12 volt ps and you will have less than 12v. going to it.
i have the same problem. with that peltier no way to get 16 volts to it.and seems to run real hot, underpowered.be carefull with the 1.3 i have a nice keychain. from overtightening it. blah. the bloc. sounds like a nice deal. and for the radiator. u should try and look up a car heater core.. i have 2 back to back.give me a day. and i'll find out what car they supposed to fit into.
