Airflow change heatdump of pump?

If you have some fans blowing on your pumps... will it lower their heatdump?

What else can you do to lower it?

Of course. If you remove heat from the pump and put it into the air, it has to come from somewhere. A bigger radiator is a smarter idea since plastic pump housings make poor radiators.

Not much if at all. Most mag driven pumps use the water to "quench" the motor so to speak. A good pump that doesn't dump much heat into the water would be a AQ50Z.
