PrimoChill ICE condensation?

I was thinking building a new water cooling system, i was looking around at what stuff i had hanging around the house and found an old mini Refrigerator laying in the basement. The question i have is if i put the radiator in the little freezer compartment, because the freezing point of PrimoChill ICE is -60F would i get condensation on the water blocks because the liquid inside is below the freezing point
