Thermochill PA120.2

SOLD

I have one for sale, it was used but it is in the same condition as the day I got it. Great radiator by the way. I am asking $90 shipped in US. Price is final, it's either sale or to keep radiator price.

Why are you selling this radiator? How did it work? Why is this better than say a black ice extreme? I'm in the market for a watercooling setup and this radiator could be a possibility.

Thank you,
Jared

I don't need this radiator anymre. This radiator works great I used two coolermaster 120mm 54cfm fans undervolt them to 7v and that cooled my IHS less opteron at 2900 and geforce 7800gt. Temps always stayed under 40c.

The best part about this radiator is that it works with low cfm fans. I never used more than 7v on my coolermaster fans which would put them somewhere between 30cfm and 40cfm. This is probably the worst cfm for any radiator but it worked for this rady. At full fan speed the temps might even went down by 3C and that's only 54cfm and 25dba

Black ice extreme requires higher cfm fans. If the same fans were used on both radiator at low cfm (quiet), thermochill would perform much better and it high it would still peform still better but I don't now by how much. Also thermochill PA series doesn't require shroud since fans are spaced about 10mm from the radiator and on black ice there is no spacing

So where did those coolermaster fans go? You keeping them? What waterblock did you use on the cpu with it? Did you only cool the cpu or other things like the gpu and nb? Also, can I get some pictures of it? Thanks

Jared

I am keeping coolermaster fans. The waterblock that I used was swfitech storm. On my 7800gt I used danger den maze 4 waterblock. Northbridge watercooling was not a possiblity on my mohterboard.

I have other 120mm fans aswell

Picture can be found below, two barbs will be plastic, on the picture there is one metal and one plastic

Well I can get a brand new one with barbs and all for $103 through Jab Tech. They are local so I won't have to pay shipping either. So I guess I'll just go with them. Also, what exactly was your load temp?

Thanks,
Jared
