No actually it's about how Swiftech hasn't released their quarterly report to Pinksheets, the company (or affiliate of) that was (presumably) contracted by Swiftech to make their info publicly available.

So now Pinksheets is about to shut down their account, for failure to report.


Maybe Swiftech is listed somewhere else ?!? Only stock holders would know.

This could get ugly fast; the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) doesn't take too well to delays in reports.

Bill; get a lawyer.

I will let this thread stay as long as it remains a discussion not centered around personal attacks as the last one evolved into.

I do agree that its quite interesting that they havent reported yet... maybe they are busy packing up the business and getting out of the country ;)

It's almost the 2nd qtr of 2006 and still no 4th qtr 2005 finical reports.
