Going back to watercooling.....Need help..

Well I have decided to go back to watercooling. All I need to do now is finalize the components that I am planning on purchasing. I currently have the Swiftech Storm CPU Block, Danger Den Fillport, OCZ BGA Ramsinks, and a Swiftech MCRES-MICRO Small Form Factor Reservoir. The parts I need are the following:

Low Profile Acetal Maze4GPU
12V DD-D5 Pump
Thermochill PA120.2 or 120.3
20 ft of Tygon Tubing
CM Stacker Bottom Case Shroud

The way I have my Stacker configured I am planning on the radiator placement on the bottom of the case with the bottom case shroud availabe at danger den. Currently I will be cooling my cpu and gpu. Will the Thermochill be sufficient enought to cool the processor and the gpu on the 7800GTX KO edition card? Another thing I need to take into consideration is the feasibility of the 120.2 if I acquire another 7800GTX to run in SLI in the near future. If I were to add another 7800GTX, will the 120.2 still be up to the task of sufficiently cooling all these components? If not, I could possibly purchase a Thermochill PA120.1 and mount it one the 120mm fan on the rear of the case and run both radiators. Would this scenario work? A Thermochill PA120.3 would be one tight fit on the bottom of this case with some modifications. I have seen it on a few post, but I really dont want to hack up this case if I can get by with a 120.2.

Define sufficient? The C/W for rads is effectively linear. So, add in twice as many watts and the water temp will double. Also, you've mentioned no fans, and no goals of silence vs performance. Shift several hundred CFM through a PA120.1 and it will cool just fine. Be a bit noisy, though. A PA120.3 will cool with less CFM and less noise using three fans. Choose your compromise.

I'd certainly recommend 120.2 size as a minimum, and if you are thinking SLI, I'd go and do a 120.3. But that's me.

Yes. Performance pretty similar too.

You can certainly "get by" with a 120.2. It will run either warmer or noiser than a 120.3 or a 120.2 and a 120.1 . How much you care is up to you.

Use my approximator and play around with similar components to see what you find. Swiftech only publish MCR320QP charts with 3 full power fans, so my argument is still rather virtual and not showable.

Approximator BETA

Well I currently have 4 120mm Evercool fans. My only real delimia with a 120.3 is having to cut my case to fit it in. I only have the three bottom slots available in the stacker. If I remove the floppy and reconfigure it I can possibly accomplish 1 to 2 more available slots for a total of 4 or 5 slots on the bottom. My overall goal is performance and silence. So it might just be best to go with the 120.2 for now and when I get my second vid card, get a 120.1 to comprimise the additional watts.
