how do i go about figuring out whats wrong with my setup?
for some reason my watercooling rig is not giving me the results that i expect. i have no idea what has happened, my idle temperature for my cpu is like 54c which is extremely high, full load can go all the way to 80, which is far worse than aircooling. im running a dualcore athlon 64 3800+. im using a eheim 1250 pump, a heatercore from dtek from way back with 2 antec tricool 120mm fans, and a dangerden tdx waterblock.

This is what I would do:
1: Verify water is flowing properly. 2: Remount the TDX a few times. 3: Make sure proper air flow through rads Also the TDX had some issues with the neoprene gasket in the center inlet. That make have broke loose and clogged up the inlet flow. If possible check the water temp. |

#1 is the flow rate you're getting. OCAU wiki tells how....
