guardian os and file permissions

in snap os i could get a listing of folders and individually set file permssions on them, and even files within. how is this done w/ guardian?

i am using the 'windows' security model. is this why? can different models (e.g. the UNIX model) be used on different folders?

thanks,
s7

Re: guardian os and file permissions

You will need to read the manual on that one. Far as I know we do not have a active Guardian GURU.

You should be able to SSH into your Guardian box and use chown and chmod to alter ownerships, I have done it with my Guardian 14000 many times.
