Black Tygon UV 3400 vs. Black Tygon Norpene A-60?

Ok, many use Tygon UV 3400 resistant Black tubing in their loops, but recently Swiftech announced the QPower P-180 liquid cooled barebone with the Tygon Black Norprene A-60, describing it as (and quote); "State-of-the Art low porosity Norprene ® tubing is used throughout."
So, what's your opinion? Is there is any real difference in tubing permeation between these two?

I do not know the porosity of Tygon UV 3400. However, most tygon tubing is porous.
