Man, is that site hosted off a 14.4 modem or what? hehe.. My guess is those are inline radiators.. Seem like something used in refrigeration tho..

They look a lot like some condensor coils I've seen (especially in hotel window (big ass units, right below the window)) condensor coils that look like that...

Tin can modems are slow!!!
I bet I could find some of those laying around my yard. But I need to modfiy these raditors I have in my yard that look like Danger Dan Cooling Cube. Looks like they came off car A/C units but are smaller and compact compared to the ones I'm used to. |
I can one-up the tin can modem. . . I still got an original hacker's modem ;) it's a serial port modem. you plug it into your serial port and the phone line into the other end, operates aat a healthy 9600bps. . . hmm. . . that might be on the fast side. but still it's definatly an antiquety :)

Heh, kinda cool looking. Like those things you see in automatic car washes :) I remember using a 300 baud modem in an IBM PCjr :) It was made in 1984, but I used it in 1993, hey it was my first computer. It went well with the $2000 IBM PS/1 486/DX266.
And to think, I'm only 16 :p |
you guys are sure [S]oft. My dad wouldn't let me have a network card until I built an ISDN modem out of tuna fish cans.
Man, was that a bitch.... |
