snap Server 1000
 

I have a snap server 1000. the power light comes on. the orginal hard disk is junk and I have tried to get an image off of it. I think if I had a good 1000 image that i could put it on a new hd and things would be good. I tried to find it using assist, it does not find any servers. I can get it to do the manual resets. I do not know what else to say. Snap tech allowed me to recently down load snapos 34807 software. I did expand it but i do not see a bin file. I have read a lot of this post. I believe that I need an image file to move forward. any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance Tim
